If you're not old enough to get a regular job (which I don't think you are), you have no reason to deal. What do you need all this money for anyway? I seriously doubt you're going to be helping your mom pay the rent and bills and buy food and shit. Enjoy your adolescence, it only comes once. You honestly don't NEED money if you're not old enough to drive.
