have you discussed this with her at all? you might want to spend some time together first (like go on a trip or something) before your transplant your life to get closer to her. as of now i'd say just play it by ear, gradually make your relationship more serious and then decide if it's realistic to move closer to each other. that's just me though, i tend to play it safe and not rush into things cause i've been burned in the past.
