OK brother lemme shed some light. Males don't produce THC...none. The females use THC as a defense mecahnism. What happens is, when it starts to flower it produces THC on all the female organs (the buds) so that if an animal eats a little of it, after its high, it'll decide "I don't want anymore of that plant". The female plant stops producing THC in the buds that have been fertilized. So if you fertilize a female, that area will not be as potent as non fertilized areas. I say areas because you can pollinate only certain areas of the plant so that you still get potent bud out of it.

Males are used only for pollinated females for the purpose of seeds. This can be due to wanting to cross two strains, wanting to keep a certain strain alive, etc. Other than that, males are pointless to have. I don't believe a male can turn hermie.

Other than that, I have no idea what kife is so I'll just leave you with that info. Hope this helps.
