Red Eyes....Low eyes

I'm just wondering whats the reason when people get high their eyes get red and low...I can deal with the low part but getting past my mom with red eyes when she smokes weed her self is sorta hard to do. Why does this happen? :P.

its got nothing to do with water.

it has something to do with pressure being relieved, cant remember exactly what it is.

thats the reason people with glaucoma smoke weed, to relieve the pressure on their eyes.

something like that, someone on here will probably be able to explain this better

Im not sure on this, but I believe you are right in that smoking relieves the pressure on the eyes, allowing more blood flow, which then dialates the blood vessels in the eyes and....there ya go, red eyes :stoned:

Hmm, interesting.

Maybe that's the glaze of the eyes. I have no idea..when ever I have a bottle of water while smoking my eyes are better.

heres what you gotta do about the parent situation orangeman. grab your pipe,load a bowl and when its just you and ma, whip it out and say" i love you ma, are you down" and that will bring happiness to you and the world

Yeah the redness is because the veins in your eyes dilate and allow for more blood flow. I'm not sure but I remember reading something about that being why your vision is noticably diffrent when stoned.

I just up on the red eyes thing and this guy said if you know how to make your self yawn it can make some of the redness go away. I dont know how true this is but i'll definatly try it the next time I smoke lol.
