okay. i've been 'putting out' my highs, into the astral/etherel for a while now. the omnitoke is the art of taking these ethereal highs back.


what YOU need to do, is visualize yourself taking that high. visualize it entering the top of your head and flowing into your lungs, then expanding across your body...


geeze, im feeling high already, and i havent even toked today



the other part of this is i ask you all to take a moment when you toke and visualize your high leaving your body and entering the spiritual realm

the high is astral energy to begin with, and it slowly dissipates into the astral as you come down from it... so...

so long as people are toking it up, the high will be out there.


but by activly visualizing it 'going out there' you're putting a lot more out there, and you wont even feel your high go down... well, unless you're some sort of chi master and can work with your energy at will
