Public schools on average spend more money per student
than it cost to send a child to a non-public school. The idea
that "rich" people get a better education because they are rich is bullshit. They get a better education because most of them have set high standards for them selves and thier children. In addition to that they have the decipline to stick with education even if it's "hard".

You see playing this game of class envy, and blaming the system for the level of education you or your children do or do not get is a cop-out. Parents who take an active role in the education of thier children will have smart children, if you just sit back and say "We are not spending enough on education and that's why my kid is failing" you will end up teaching your children how to find excusess for their failures in life rather than searching for ways to succeed in thier endevors.

Many great men and women have been products of public schools. They recieved a good education and then went on to do extrodinary things with thier lives, and it's not because they had a "Priviet School" education, it's because they took responsablity for thier education and lives and made somthing out of themsevles.

You see, I have children and no I am not rich. I make under 30,000 a year. My wife and I take an active role in our childrens education and as a result we have smart little girls. We don't let them give up when they are having a hard time with math problem, reading comprehension, spelling, fill in the blank. At the same time though we are there to help if it's something they need a hand with. And above all......They are acountable for thier actions, achievements, or lack there of. We make sure they have all the tools nessicary to succeed and then it's up to them to do so.
