I don't know. Good question. You would think all states that passed these laws provided for terminally ill patients who could not grow their own.

Question for you latewood. Is there any other plant known to man that is illegal to grow? I cannot think of any.

i rarely smoke myself i grow for a cancer paitient,..sadly i dont think hes gonna be around much longer but id rather stay under the radar
