Panic Attacks and weed?????????

Sometimes when I get too stoned and panic, my face flushes, i get really really cold and get the shivers everywhere in my body. I have to get under blankets and just like ride it out. It sucks but it only happens sometimes. Its like my body needs to shed some stress or something. As long as you realize whats going on its usually ok

I have been smoking for over 10 years pretty much everyday. The last few weeks I have had them, stressing about work and the usual stuff. I get the accelerated heartbeat, hot flashes and feelings that i might bug out. kinda scary at times! I dont know if there is a connection, but sometimes I feel a little shaky after smoking. Has anyone had this problems or know what I can do. I love Rating: 5

I definately appreciate the feedback im chilling today taking a puff or two from time to time and watching some football
i think all the stress is hittin me lately and hopefully will be gone with some luck tomorrow.
