Ibuprofen is different from acetaminophen and while some hydrocodone-containing products may contain ibuprofen (such as Vicoprofen) it is much more common for them to have acetaminophen instead.
As Caruso noted the amount of acetaminophen in the pill will vary, it is best to verify the contents of the pill by doing an imprint search on rxlist.com if you don't have the bottle.

But when i got home i looked on this sight and read a post where someone said hdrocodone pills have acinominophen in them!!!! I'm like "oh shit" i took 5 pills and that has to be a SHITLOAD of acinominophen int them if they do contain that.
