I disagree.

It's not slutty to have sex when you're horny, but it is slutty to spread your legs for any guy who asks just because you think he'll think you're cool, or you think you'll get something out of it (other than sexual release).

I bet half the "sluts" in my old school didn't lose their virginity to a bloke they loved, or because they were horny. They were probably pissed out of their skulls and some guy decided that he was horny, and they were available. Maybe the first time that happens you can say the girl was taken advantage of or even raped, but when they continually, willingly and knowingly put themselves in that position, that's slutty!!
