do this:


flex your ab muscles and push out all the air in your lungs, then slowly inhale through your nose by expanding your stomach, and then your chest, and then take small gasps through your throat, and hold it, focus all the oxygen into your stomach/chest area, and push the air there wwith your muscles.

you'll be doing it right if you feel pressure on your head/face... and start to feel high.

it might only last 2-5 seconds, but you can do it at any time
