    2 plants from one seed?

Ok, this is a weird one,
My plants are about 4 weeks old now, still in vegging stage, waiting for my light, STILL ARGH!

Anyways, moved my plants last week.
Repotted them and whatnot, gave them a good drink, anyways, 2 days ago I noticed a small stem and wondered what it was, checked just now, and it looks EXACTLY like the others when they were at that stage of development.

    So........
will this be a completely seperate plant? If yes, how's that work?

Or will it be from the same plant, if yes, then what the heck?

I am so confused, it obviously could be a completely random seed from the soil (it may of been already in there) but it looks exactly the same as when my plants first started growing. I'm so confused. Any ideas?
    Cheers guys
    Moley.

    2 plants from one seed?

My plants are now over 1 foot high.
I did over water them last week, so I cut back the water, and gave them some water + fert last night.
Roughly around 1/4 litre per plant mixed with fert.
The leaves are green, no fert burn, they are I would think over stretched as they have poor lighting, but they are still growing, the stem is nice and thick, no really obvious problems.
It's happened to 2 plants now?!?

And it's not a stray seed problem.

what cpuld of happened is when u repotted them the soil could of coverd a small side branch at the base of your plant which then emerged from the soil and could look like a another small plant but tis just a side branch thats been coverd up, maybe, i dont know, post a picture.
    How does this shit work?

nah, its a new plant, and its formed from the roots, i spoke to someone i know, who is major keen on gardening, its a second plant in its own right, except it has the same root system as the original.

I feed one some fert and it died anyways, but the other i didnt water, and it's alright, so im gonna dig it up, and pop it in another pot
