actually it is very possible i have done it before useing a 22 hornet .224" with a 55grain SPT using IMR-4227 powder 11.2 grains will give you a volocity of 2400 with 703ft.lbs

oh and btw your infor for the 22 bullet drop is wrong...
a 22 hornet 45 grain with a 2700 fps muzzle volocity will range out at 200 yards
and with an elevation angle of 0 degres (level) will drop -13.39 inches @ 200 yards
