just enough for a mild threshold. the recommended dose is two TEASPOONS every six hours. so basically two tablespoons in one hour is like 10x the recommended dosage. i just filled up the little cup that comes with the syrup and chugged it. i did it once just to cross it off the list, im not doing it again.
