If it's there last week or 2 of flowering it's supposed to slow down...if it's rootbound the plant will look like it's thirsty and get limp...to avoid this if you can't transplant at this point (which you probably can'y)you can cut the bottom of the pot and place it on some more soil or rockwoll...something where the remaining roots can go.
