It's not the only case I know of though. A guy was released back to his parent's house, right next door to the house of the girl he was raping in the city where I used to live. You can guess the outcry over that.

Well, all I can say is if that judge doesn't believe in jail as punishment, then I want him for a judge when I get busted for smoking a joint. I have to admit, the judge is right when he says anger doesn't solve anything, it just corrodes the soul. It seems obvious too that there is something wrong with the Department of Corrections classification system.

Oh, one more thing, we can only hope that in his 60 days in jail, some con (with a child on the outside) will whack this dude for what he did to the little girl. I vote we send pyscho4bud to the same jail for 60 days and let him do it. If all else fails, send me to that jail for some crime and I'll do it.

This is a very upsetting story,as a father of a girl who was molested,I find it to be outrageous and both the judge and the sob who did this,need to git their proper punishment..clearly-justice was not done in this case and I can only hope that the judge is kicked out. I vote for vigilante action

It's been said-that running over someone with a car,is the best way to git away with murder,as the sentence is usally no more than 7 years,for vehicular manslaughter.
