started my last grow with flo lights now have 400 w mh, plants are 1 in. light is 2ft 7in from top , when can i start to get the light closer?

TC outside of my grow box is 78.8 degrees/humidity is 33%. Inside my box is 84.4 degrees/31% humidity. No room for a humidifier are these temps ok?

As long as they don't exceed 85F Mobay. If they do growth will slow down unless your implementing CO2.
