Personally I would never chance it through airport security or cruise ship security checks. Just take a break while on vacation. Well before 9/11, I came through San Fran. from the Orient with children and I had their snacks in my bags. The snooper beagle went crazy and I almost panicked, but the other end of the leash realized it was just food for the kids. So imagine what the dogs will do if it's in your tighty wighties.
