Does putting a plant trough a flowering cycle diminish it's possible quality outcome?

I do not have the proper equipment to flower them indoor and I have no intention to do so but I still need to spot females to start cloning. My question: Is it possible to spot female with a neon under (12/12) cycle. I just want to be able to spot males in order to clone the females. Rating: 5
