it will be less potent and taste different but it's not really gonna hurt u to smoke it still.

Im living proof it wont kill you. Ive smoked bud that has gone through the washer several times.

No problems to report except my left nut falling off.

unless you washed your weed in extremely cold water the potency should be fine. Extreme cold makes the trichomes brittle and they fall off(thats how bubble bags work to make hash). We use to find weed that washed up on the beach and rinse off the salt water with fresh water and it was just fine.
