Wow, that was a quick responce, thank you all. Too many replies to deal with at once, so I'll reply generically.

Vaporising looks like a viable option; I do wonder though, wouldn't it clog your lungs up with tar/oil just the same? It's good that I wouldn't be burning my lungs, but wouldn't you still have the same problem of filling you lungs up with impurities?

I'm not so worried about cancer, but more my general health. I'm quite the fitness fanatic at the moment, and I really can tell the difference in my perfomence when I've had a few smokes in the previous days. I like the sound of the spray form too, is that based on the sprays they have been using in clinical trials, which go on the back of the tongue? I've also seen them using nasal sprays which seems like a good alternative as well.

Thanks again everyone, munchies for thought to coin a phrase.
Corinthian Reviewed by Corinthian on . Healthy Alternatives to smoking weed? Hi Everyone, I'm new here (obviously), and I've had a burning question I've needed to ask for ages. Which is, are there any healthy alternatives to smoking weed, but which give you the same effect for the same time period? I'm only an occasional smoker (I used to smoke a minimum of 8 a day in Fiji, and it just got boring after a while), and I constantly have the guilt pangs of screwing up my lungs. I've been told eating it is slow to come on, unpredicatable, and can end up messsing with Rating: 5
