This is the way I see it: We were all young newbs once and we'll all be old farts one day. Some of us are already there or close to it The younger folks have a lot to offer in terms of energy and a different outlook on life. The older folks have a lot to offer in that we've lived and learned life's lessons. The younger members should realize that, as hard as it is to admit, we might know a bit more about a lot of things than they do. It comes from life, the good and the bad of it, and you'll know it all soon enough. The older folks, however, shouldn't get down on the kids for being kids. At least that's the way I see it.
