i didnt exactly make a one hitter, but it is a very small, collapsible pipe that can fit into one of the larger matchboxes. first, i cut about 3 inches off the top of a broom handle. then, i drilled aabout 2.75 inches into it, and then a hole to meet it perpendicularly. this is the main body of the pipe. about the size of a prescription pill bottle. then i took a 6mm bb gun barrel and mated that to a .5 inch socket. in between, i put a metal screen from a window screen patch up kit. when taken apart, can fit in a large matchbox. it is a hard hitter, cause its wood, but its served me well.

Easy. You don't keep the flame on the shit for very long. Brass is fine, but copper and aluminum/tin release fumes if they get hot enough. If you just cherry the bowl ASAP and then get the flame off, you'll be fine. I think it was STDzRUs that really got pissed over it and set us all straight.

HEY i made one of these..it works preety good actually...make sure the pen is metal...and like it has to be a click pen or something that has a cone where the pen comes in and out ....would post a pic...dont know how to tho

this is what i do..i take a business card cut it into half and roll it into a pipe together with the almunium foil.dat way the paper does not burn..and i roll a filter like screen and shove it from the bottom..and stick the pipe with anything from a rubber band, tape or a ring..it will take u only a minute to do this and it saves herb too..By the way i learnt this trick in nepal...out there they use the foil from the ciggrate pack..

dude basically in simple terms ( im not high yet so lemme tell u ) unscrew the tip turn the sharp end around facing back towards the pen ( where u unscrewed it from) make sure it sticks in...and its done....
