urgent: home drug test question

my parents busted out this drug test that says marijuana on the front... supposedly fda approved and 99.9% accurate. i don't buy it but i was wondering if adding a few drops of water to the sample will help with a negative?

if you have time, just drink a shitload of water and try to dilute it.
