I havent really tried lately but I used to be able to. My thing is going to the other dimensions either through astral travel or spirit plants. i can email you some of my methods sometime. I have done astral travel hundreds of times since I was like 7 years old and have been working with great results on mixing astral tequniques with salvia.

The third eye is a chakra point or a great energy focal point right above-between your eyebrows.

I don't really know the true meaning of "opening" it, but i have had some wonderful, enlightening experiences where I have been focusing on my third eye. I have only reached this point while meditating and letting my gaze drift up to the third eye, closing my eyelids and breathing very deeply and ... not thinking haha.

Its hard. But if you really want it, it is definetly there for everyone to tap into. It's beautiful!!

there is ways of seeing that go far beyond third eye vision. there are people that have developed the ability to see from a point way above thier head and some that can transfer thier sight to inamimate objects also. There is a mechanic that I have read about that used that tequnique to diagnose car problems even faster than a diagnostic computer could.

while meditating transfer your thoughts down your body
your mind and thoughts dont need to center on your head and once you get down the method you will be able to extend your thoughts past your body and to other objects and stuff. bring your thoughts slowly to your toes and then you can go beyond. you will also be able to transfer your vision also but not the vision your physical body uses but soul vision "the 360"
