the 750mg refers to the acetamenophen(tylenol) rather than the narcotic hydrocodone that is in vicoden. The smaller number is the hydrocodone. It probly has five mgs. Just remember that you can overdose on the tylenol, and the max "recommended" dose for tylenol for an adult is about four grams over 24 hours. 750 mgs is almost a gram, so you should make sure you don't kill your liver with that shit by taking too much or too often.

I don't really like hydrocodone much anyway. It doesn't even touch oxy.
SomeDude Reviewed by SomeDude on . is this what i think it is ok occasionally my grandma will give me a few viccodin for "recreational" purposes but shes not home and i didnt feel like smoking my weed so i went ot her pill thing i found some pills called hydrocodine generic vicodin it was 750mg and said take every 4-6 hours its been about 5 mins so i think i need to wait about 20 mins well i will tell u how this trip goes and i just might smoke some weed to "enhance my trip" o yeah but is 750mg a lot for taking 4 pills?
