Exactly. Then when you do start smoking again just smoke very little amounts. I use a tiny little one hitter sized bowl on my bong with a little screen at the bottom. And I just smoke it in extremely small amounts. Even if you need to load it 2 or 3 times this still helps you not build up your tolerance and save pot. I would rather take 2 or 3 small little hits in a row, than one big wasteful one. Plus a lot of the time if you do use a bigger bowl, you crave a second hit even if you donā??t need it. So you do it and just waist more pot and raise your tolerance without getting that much higher. Using small one hitter bowls are the key!
