It is, in general, recomended to do drugs on an empty stomach.If you have a tendancy to nausea, a LIGHT meal would be in order.

when i had roxicet the first time... basically the same thing. i took 3 pills (5/325) i was fucked up for a little more than an hour. then i got nauseous and ended up throwing up at the 1.5 hour mark. it wasnt a bad barf it was nice and quick but didnt hurt. i think my problem was that im a heavy water drinker and had dranken about 3 bottles of poland spring before taking the drug (didnt plan on it). i had eaten a decent amount too. my recommendation: not a lot of water... im pretty sure thats what killed me.

^^^The nice thing about opiates is that puking, (and very little else) dosen't hurt too much. Pod tea contains loads of water, sad because this is by far the cheapest way to do opiates (short of growing). But $2 for enough opium to be pinholed and puking? I guess I can live with that.
