yes, it is turkish firm in canada.the oppium is a very famous plant here, it's turkish name is "afyon" and also there is a big city named afyon here, there are tons of great opy gardens
i was hear that for example the turkish government gives 1000 opy seeds to farmers but they want 1000 opy plants end of the season. yea,it is legal but under the cop or gendarme control.(for medical area) also dry opy flowers are big ornament in turkish houses (mostly)they believe that "opy plants gives you more luck in the houses...it is a funny unreasoning belief
