Basically what happens in a night terror is that too much seratonin is in a particular part of your brain (seratonin helps you fall asleep, it gives you that nice relaxed feeling when you are real tired.), this causes the brain to go into REM too quickly resulting in you seeing both reality and dream world at the same time. This can occur both going into a dream and out of. Usually Rating: 5
