Then i did some research about how weed affects melatonin and conflicts with how you sleep. Before I lit a j, I went into the bathroom in the basement and made it completely dark and silent. I sat for 10 minutes with my eyes wide open, seeing nothing but complete darkness. Sure there's plenty of things you can do for 10 minutes but the point is the darkness. I got a Rating: 5
