Any advice?

I have a probation UA on Jan 5th, I last smoked X-mas eve and did the 9 days before that. I am pretty sure I wont be able to pass without "help". Do any of you have some suggestions for me? Any help would be appreciated.

Just to let you know I will be watched so fake urine is not an option. I bought a permanent detox kit (which worked last time) but so many people say that they are bullshit. Do any of you have experience with these? Adulterating is not an option either as they have strips that test for certian things, ie, ph, gravity, ect...... I am considering dilution I think it is my only means of passing unless any of you have a better idea.

FYI I am 6' 2" 195lbs and not very active. and really fucking stressed!! Any tips????

excerscise a lot, drink a bunch of water, cranberry juice and green tea and take 2-3 niacin pills each day between now and then. u should be good.
