Does this count as an out of body experience?
Hey everybody. Well, today I got in a fight. No, it wasn't the heat of the moment "ILL KILL YOU!" fight, but it was a friendly fight with no rules kind of like from the movie Fight Club. I was handed a brutal ass-whooping and that's okay because there was no anger involved, but my memory of the last punch thrown is totally weird.
Okay, well, there are two ways to remember anything. Either it happening in the first person, which should be pretty crystal clear especially since the memory isn't a day old, and then third person where everything's just like shadows in your mind because you're imagining from an angle you didn't look from.
Now, the last punch, if I try to remember it in first person, I get the opposite effect. I don't remember any real details, just the basic shape of the other guy's head, the color shirt he was wearing, vague bits from the background. Now, when I remember from the 3rd person, it's like totally different. For one thing, my mind automatically goes to a specific angle. From that angle, I see and hear my mouth form the word "Stop!", I watch the unwavering look of determination on the other guy's face. I see his arm, poised for another blow, cock back even further. I watch myself try and get up, and I watch my eyes widen and then squint in preperation for the fist coming toward them, and then my memory snaps back into 1st person.
Well? OBE or strange memory?P.E.N.G.U.I.N. Reviewed by P.E.N.G.U.I.N. on . Does this count as an out of body experience? Hey everybody. Well, today I got in a fight. I suppose it could be an OBE, though many people would only call it an OBE if you saw from more of a birds eye view. I really dont have a concrete answer for this

well dude OBEs are usually alot different... thatd be concidered a "3rd person wacky cam" which could happen on drugs but an OBE is literaly you being pulled out of your body and floating around and its alot different than seeing something from a birds eye veiw. I could be wrong.... but thats just what I have understood an OBE to be.

jk actually I just read a article thing and it says that "any instance of seeing something from another point of veiw, (one that which could not have been seen from where your body is ) can be considered an OBE". But it also said that there isnt really one set defenition for OBE so different people use the term for different experiences.

Oh, so it counts but not like a whole lot. Cool.
We just did it to fight. Not because we were pissed, I just wanted to get in a fight (that was my first) and I quite enjoyed it despite the ass-kicking I received. No, I'm not a sadist. I just like fighting
