they don't prevent smell 95%, maybe by like 60-70%.

if you buy one i HIGHLY suggest the "vaporbros vaporizor" it looks like a pencil sharpenr at first glance but once plugged in illuminates a blue/green color.

ok first of all THC(the stuff that gets you lifted) burns at a much much lower temp then the cannibis plant itself. therefore someone created a tool that heats the bud up just enough to extract the THC and leave the plant itself unburned. so there is practically NO smoke, just a small vapor cloud that disipates rather quickly. you can smoke the plant afterwards if you like but i prefer not to as it doesn't last as long(the high) and tastes like ass.

if you get a vape you need to buy a grinder aswell unless u like tearing bud up manually in to very very small pieces. you can toss whole nugs in the grinder though, stems and all because u wont taste the stems in the vape, just the esscense of the plant

i love my vape and it has been very difficult to smoke a bong or anything else since i got it. i LOVE not coughing. just make sure u have H2O handy, for some reason cottonmouth is 10x worse with a vaporizor...
