No, but Ive smelled it twice. Ive come across vehicle fires and let me tell you the smell of all that burning plastic, rubber and paint does nothing to hide that sickening smell.
Its similar to burning human hair but waay more thick and acrid. Not an appetizing smell at all.

In Edith Hamilton's "Mythology" there were several stories where a person cooked someone's child/spuse/other human relationship and served it to the person for revenge. It was the "House of ?" Damn! I can't remember the name, but that is a good book but those stories were seriously bad.

Damn right they eat the penis/genitalia. I've read loads of crime reports of it happening. A convention seems to be frying body parts in butter, i swear i've read more than one report stating that. I don't know about the heart and the liver, you've got to remember that cannibals primarily consume human flesh, like they'd cut a slice of leg or ass...i'm not joking...i've read loads of crime shit and this is usually the case...when organs ARE eaten though...it's quite often the genitals.
