    More scary than Osama?

I respect you oppinion Breu adv, but you have to realise that any president who uses nukes in the manner which you describe, regardless of the end results, is going to be commiting political suicide. Within a few months there would be armed revolution in the streets. (not necissarily a bad thing IMO) And that is only provided that the other nuclear powers of the world don't jump the gun when they see a gaggle of US ICBMs headed in their general direction, and launch a friendly nuclear hello up our collective US asses.

Thank you for your learned response. Who exactly would have enacted "armed revolution in the streets"?

What is the POINT of having nukes if the country's enemies, or those that support murderous terrorists, do not fear them? The (former) USSR never killed 3,000 of our people, nor did China, or even Castro. Castro was willing to use nukes against us during the missile crisis, but condemns terrorism. Go figure.

You have to think, and act, fast - not to mention ruthlessly. Afghanistan would have been the perfect place to make an example of, and we blew it. Nobody would have done anything had we nuked them and denied it - I guarantee it!

I know how many died in the WTC atrocity. We all do; you guys never fucking shut up about it. Unfortunately you donâ??t seem to know how many died in Afghanistan or in Iraq. At least 3,000 civilians and probably more in Afghanistan. And youâ??re still killing Afghanis. But not enough for you of course. How many in Iraq? 20,000 is the lowest number Iâ??ve seen but even Bush admits itâ??s more than that. Maybe 100,000 plus? And youâ??re still killing Iraqis. But not enough for you of course.

You see your dead but not theirs even though their dead vastly outnumber yours. You see the blood on their hands but not the blood on your own though yours are much, much gorier. And then youâ??re surprised and pissed off that the rest of the world and your own intelligentsia arenâ??t as fucking blind as you are. Sadly youâ??re reaping what you sowed. Maybe itâ??s time to stop sowing? Time to try something else? Like not killing so many of them perhaps?

Carpet bomb Afghanistan with nukes! Youâ??re a fucking lunatic and Iâ??d guess one of the vast majority of bloody Yanks whoâ??ve never left the damn country. You need to get out a bit more as they say. If you did youâ??d find that Afghanistan is full of people not monsters. And maybe you wouldnâ??t be so afraid of them and so keen to kill them. The same applies to Iraq, believe it or not. Full of people and not monsters. Iran and Syria and Korea to. Whatever problem you have with a state or regime or group the solution isnâ??t going to be a mass slaughter of innocent people. That would be wrong. Youâ??re a smart guy; you must be able to see that.

Iâ??d guess that youâ??re now going to explain to me why God and the Constitution of the United Sates of America gives you the right to slaughter anyone who doesnâ??t want to be an American. Sorry, not the right but the duty to slaughter them. Have I got it?

I need to know this. Breukelen advocaat, have you ever left the US of A? Mexico and Canada donâ??t count. Have you got a passport? 85% of Americans donâ??t have passports, 85% of Brits do. I think itâ??s relevant if youâ??re going to publicly express such xenophobic views. Iâ??m stone certain that Torog hasnâ??t as I canâ??t believe anywhere else in the world would be stupid enough to let him in.

Yes, I have a passport and have gone to London, other European countries, Bermuda, and other Islands. I don't know why Canada would not "count", but I've been there, too.

I do not think that living in Brooklyn my whole life, and working in Manhattan, where there are 173 nationalities, could make for a â??xenophobicâ?ť personality. If I wished to be sheltered from different cultures, Iâ??d move to a more homogenous area. I am talking about stopping the death and destruction, more of which is going to come even by the admission of our idiotic world leaders, from radical Islamic terrorists.

We went into World War II after Japan bombed a military target, Pearl Harbor, and targeted soldiers and equipment. The rulers of Afghanistan decided, for no fucking rational reason on earth, to kill non-military people in planes, New York and Washington, and would have killed our president, and as many other higher-ups in the White House as they could have, if the passengers of one of the planes hadn't stopped them.

The only way that we were able to force surrender from Japan in W.W. II was to nuke them, and they've been non-violent ever since. My uncle, who was a tail-gunner, flew so many missions in the South Pacific, that he was VERY thankful that the bomb was dropped on the bastards, because they showed no sign of giving up. About the only alternative would have been to invite some of the Jap leaders and scientists to a demonstration of the bomb - and show them what they were headed for. Bin laden and his band of savages (not to say that ALL savages are as bad as he is) already KNOW what we have, and went ahead with their murderous assaults with no regard for the consequences - because they â??knewâ?ť that we wouldnâ??t do to them what they would inflict upon us. Itâ??s time to change their minds about that, albeit quite late.

What you don't seem to understand is that the ultimate goal of al quada is the complete destruction of the earth, and it's inhabitants, so that Allah can start over - and get it right: meaning an all-Islam world. I'm not making this up - it's what bin laden, and other maniacs of his ilk, believes.

For the record, I do not believe in a god, or gods. I do not believe that there is a "dialog" that exists that is capable of reasoning with the radical islamics. Even the so-called moderate practitioners of Islam HATE democracy and freedom of, or freedom from, religion - and are not showing signs of changing that view any time soon.

If we had dropped a few nukes on, or carpet bombed, Afghanistan in the first place we wouldnâ??t be in the mess we are now in. I did not agree with the decision to invade Iraq simply because they didnâ??t enough to warrant it. We could have boycotted the countries that enabled them, or found other ways of dealing with them. The religious people in government, though, ALWAYS feel more threatened by a non-theistic dictatorship, and that is why we helped Afghanistan fight off the Soviet Union in the first place - which was a gigantic mistake.

Now our idiot president wants the citizens of the United States to learn Arabic! He uses words like "golly", "gosh" and other lame wording to reassure his Arib oil-buddies that we really don't mean any harm. It's time for a MAJOR change right here in the U.S., in your country as well - and abandoning oil as a commodity would be the right way to go. THEN we could really start to live in peace again, which is all anybody in their right mind wants.
