hi been growing these sinse early set turned them to 12/12 in early november showing little yellow hairs but still no flower have i messted it up using 150 wtt philips sont lamp

Those little yellow hairs ARE the flowers. If you are growing under a 150 watt incandescent grow bulb you are going to get very small flower clusters (buds). Leave it grow and harvest when the hairs pull back a little and turn orange or red. If there are any trichomes then you can tell when to harvest by looking at them under magnification. Early November till now is about 2 months and you are probably about ready I would guess.

Next time get a better light and you'll be amazed at the difference.
