A Wake and Bake, I think, is only good for the first hour. After you're awake for an hour or so, the wake and bake option is gone.

I, personally, very rarely wake and bake, and if I do, I have to make sure I have nothing to do during that day, as it makes me very sleepy and dumb I like to wait awhile before getting high.
