Current Use, and the Social Drugging

I don't like to bust anyone's balls.

I never enjoy downing people.

But there comes a time in which a person needs to stand and say something.

Do any of you "know someone" out there that does drugs just for the pure and simpel reason that they wanna get mesed up? Anything possible, as long as it fucks you up. They don't respect the chemicals they so often use, and themselves much less.

I am one for using drugs for a purpose. I begun smoking grass for two reasons. One, it was new, and I'm always open to a new experience as long as I know enough about it. Two, I heard about the uninhibiting effects of it and seeing as I am a very shy person, figured it would help.

It opened me up to much, much more and I am now a much less shy person.


Then you have the people who look for inhibition. People who are careless, who only know what THC is by word of mouth, people who still think acid makes your brain shrivel, and mushrooms make you impotent. People who so commonly get online yet think Erowid is another new drug to yet again get them even more wasted. People who seek no experience, and more of an anti-experience.

Do you have a problem with these people? IF you're one of them, do you have any reason why? A medical purpose doesn't count, going with the fact that the symptoms or a certain condition you have inherited or obtained are lessened with the certain psychoactive. But for those of you who do it for the hell... Why?

I know a few people who just use drugs to get fucked up. Nothing wrong with it if you're still using responsibly. I also know someone who liked getting fucked up so much it ended him in rehab. Don't worry, he got out and currently uses as many drugs as he can get his hands on.

Nice staged picture. But you missed some of the thread, apparently: I'm talking about the irresponsibles. The ones who want to get wrecked regardless of what it is, every day of the week, with no thought to personal health or any of that.

I feel you on every level of this. When I hear a kid say, "let's go get blazed on some salvia" or "dude do you wanna trip balls on some shrooms tonight" it makes my blood boil. Not because they are using these drugs as a way to have "fun" but that they totally and completely disgregard traditional use. Psychoactives, entheogens, LSD, and psycoblin were ALL originally reccomended by mental health professionals in the 60's and 70's because of the "life lessons" they could potentially teach. Those who use them maturely can receive great gifts of knowledge from from the heavens...

I have a friend that is like that. He doesnt really care or ask about how any drug works, what will happen, if its bad for you, anything, he just wants to get fucked up. I dunno why he's like that. I think he just doesnt care.
