Probably a paper towel roll would be the best since it is longer. What you would do is on one end take like a knife or something and make a hole in it around the size of a dime or a nickel. Then you would take a piece of foil and mold it into a bowl shaped thing that would fit into this hole. The foil would have small holes in it that you would poke into it. Then you would put your weed in the foil. Then when you smoke you would hold then end close the end with the weed closed with the palm of your hand and put your mouth on the other end. Light it and start to suck. Then you can release your palm and replace it there as needed to suck smoke from the roll with or without burning more weed.
