She can't sneak out, or smoke it with friends, my advice is wait till everyone is asleep, pop your head out the window, and smoke it, making sure you spray LOADS of smelly stuff, like perfume, and leave your window open a good few hours, apparently tobacco smoke will dissapate within 2 hours naturally if the window is left open, THIS IS BULLSHIT, DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES. IF YOU CAN, SMOKE OUTDOORS, OTHERWISE BE PREPARED TO SPRAY YOUR ROOM WITH DEODERANT, PERFUME, WHATEVER WILL REPLACE THE SMELL, AND LEAVE THE WINDOW OPEN.
If the us sells febreeze, or some other kind of odour remover, BLITZ your room with that.
