the way I do it is i just fill my mouth with smoke without inhaling. Just imagine you are sucking a straw but not swallowing. Then, just push your lower lip out so that you could pour water into it if you wanted to, like bubba. Except push your teeth out too. Then, just inhale through your nose. You dont have to push with your mouth or anything. The smoke should go up your nose.. n thats all. Most people's problem is they try to push the smoke out of their mouth and that isnt how you do it.
