Shrooms Do/Not do, Smoke/Not smoke

me and my lil brother are considering doing some shrooms. how much should we get. it will be 1st time using, and we want to trip out but not overdo it. i wanted to know if its possible to OD on shrooms...? also is it anything like acid? will it fuck my brain up as much as coke/meth/acid? hwo should i eat it (all at once?) and can i smoke(weed) when it kicks in or later on when im tripping?and if i should limit myself on the smoking? and is it enjoyable, do i see many halucinations?

Depends on what kind of shrooms you get. If they are field picked ones, then you will *most likely* need to eat a good amount(5-7 grams). If they are grown hydroponically, then 2-3 grams should be enough for each person.

Not sure if its possible to overdose on psilocybin, but im pretty sure you can make yourself go nearly insane for a LONG time if you eat too much.

If I were you, I would eat the whole dose at the same time as it will hit you harder and faster. I smoked the first time I did shrooms and it was great. I smoked on the come-up and never felt a bit of nausea, and then smoked a little while later after the peak. You will know if you can mentally handle smoking some green once you take them and start to trip.

No, you cannot overdose on psilocybin so long as you can't eat your body weight in mushrooms. If you take too high of a dose you could loose yourself or have a bad trip so it is best to start low because you can always eat more later.

umm ok thanks. but if i take hydrofonically(SP?) grown like 5 grams would that eb a problem because they are more potent is 5 grams of that too much?

Nobody really knows how potent they are, you can only guess by the word of mouth of others who dosed on the same batch. The first 8th of shrooms I tried sent me into a somewhat altered mindspace and gave me some great visuals. Another 8th from a different batch was overwhelming to say the least.
Maybe start with half an 8th if nobody else who took those shrooms could tell you what they took.

Good advice. ESPECIALLY if they're hydroponic. I took 2 grams my first time and it hit me pretty damn hard. Cant wait to try an 1/8th tho (will be my 3rd trip). :thumbsup:

EDIT: If I would have ate 5 grams of the hydroponic shrooms THAT I HAD, it would have been waaaayyyyyy too much to handle, but as was stated, there is no real way to know except for word of mouth.

Hydroponic shrooms? LOL. Now I've read everything.

Edit: To just go ahead and clear up any confusion... mushrooms do not grow on or in water. People advertising "hydroponic" shrooms are lying to you to your face. Thank you for your time.

Just using the nomenclature to distinguish between the two types. I am fully aware that one cannot grow shrooms hydroponically. Thank you for your time. :thumbsup:

Yea, an 1/8th around here will run $40. $75 for a quarter but around here shrooms are *VERY RARE*
