Now are you asking about cooking up some oil or are you asking how to make cooking oil ?
    I can help with both.

btw harddon has provided a great tutorial on alcohol extraction for smoking oil. If you want to use alcohol extraction then use his tutorial and you wont go wrong. (link above) but alcohol, while the traditional method, extracts many undesireable materials from the weed. Butane will extract the resins and not the waxes, chlorophil etc that alcohol does. In short, it makes a purer honey. Totally different product than iso extraction.

I have read it. What are you referring to?

While we're on the topic, I prefer to slow evaporate the isopropanol rather than boil it. I use a crock pot. Heat can degrade cannabinoids so I use as little as possible. Of course if you dont want to wait....heat er up. My buddy uses an electric fry pan ( skillet) and boils. He makes some nice oil.
