You've kind of been provoking hempy and stalking him back. Making false claims about him being a scammer, and acting like it was true when you knew it probably wasn't, just to prove a point. You know hempy isn't going to stop harassing you before you stop harassing him. It's an obvious character flaw of his. You both seem nice and everything, just stupid at eachother.
