Need Sum Help Here

hey guyz, i wuz readin sum1's post within the last week, and it had a link to a site that basicly proved wut the government is sayin bout potency levels going up and all of that nonsense is actually untrue. they had numbers showing the average recorded potency levels frum the 70's till now. BUT I CANT FIND THE POST!! anyone kno ov the website i am talkin bout? or one like it? thx alot

I can't think of the link but try google with hot words "potency" over time CIA RCMP and.....(sorry im thinking here) and comparison (thats it!) oh and "myths"

nope thatz wuznt the thread i wuz lookin 4, thx anywayz rnf232s. and i tried searching earlier, thatz y i juss posted on here cuz i looked fer hours but couldnt find the right website. any other help is appreciated
