Chest pains?

Summer of '01 I went surfing in California and took a surfboard square to the chest. dislocated 4 ribs and lived with it for 2 weeks until i got home. I was soon diagnosed with mild asthma at the time too, so i was dealing with a lot of discomfort.

See this only started happening after I quit skating recently.And I'm not doing that anymore sooooo what do you suggest I do to get rid of these? Keep in mind I do walk to school aswell and I havn't started to get these pains till Christmas break, where i havn't been walking to and from school everyday. Rating: 5

HOLY SHIT..that exect thing is happening to me, I broke my hand a while ago and when i got the cast off it was all snowy and everything so I havn't skated or done anything active really for a hell of a long time and I get these chest pains like right beneath my ribs.try sitting up straighter and when you get pains take deep breaths.......There better not be anything wrong with me dammit lol

Did you try pilates and/or a healthy nutritious snack cake?
