Any one place that unites these minds is bound to turn out some brilliance. maybe that is why I am resisting baked and medpot and stuff. Where else would bring together folks like Torog, Knowm, Cedric and toko....I love it here! I am a Dominatrix who secretly longs to be a donna reed Rating: 5

i am a normal girl, exept my parents work with animals, i have a monkey, and a brother who is cracked-out (we found him in the jungle), and i can talk to animals, but its totally secret.
i dont talk much in school, mainly due to my aspberger syndrome (pronounced ass burger) and my studdering. i enjoy nature-especially clouds-and various drugs. drugs. i hope to be a philosopher and an accomplished poet one day.

MILK-organic soy/ organic milk (soy is still better)
BREAD-whole grain organic milled (its tough to find orgo bread but what want to eliminate is enriched/unbleached flour--it has little or no nutritional value and is chemically manufactured from whole wheat, robbing it of its vitamins and minerals. whole grains are the wheat and grains in full, not manufactured. people like unbleached flour because it is softer, but you can find soft whole grain bread..typically called italian style whole grain)
WATER-water is water is water. i like spring water because it came from a sprind, not filtered from a tap, which can often have trace minerals such as argon. (if u want flavored water, squeeze in some lemon/lime juice.not splenda and aspartame.)
PEANUTS-i eat peanuts because they have a lot of protein. i am vegetarian so i need to find protein from sources besides meat. peanuts are good for you, but they have a lot of cholesterol and salt. eat almonds instead. almonds have the same amount of protien but more vitamins and minerals such as A and D.
YOGHURT-like i said, need protein. i but organic yogurt (which is easy to find) with little preservatives (sodium benzoate is the worst) and lots live and active cultrues in it. just look on the label and it should lsit the cultures.
VEGGIES- its hard to find orgo veggies at any old supermarket. so I buy veggies that are fresh and in season and are not covered in fruit waxes.
here are a few of the things that I first bought in my supermarket that are organic:
whole -grain tortillas
soy milk
organic yoghurt
organic salad dressing
coconut milk (there is no such thing as a coconut farm. so they are technically organic)
sometiems there is a small health food section at the grocers. im lucky cause in annapolis there is a big population or orgos, so we have organic health food markets such as whole food and grauls and trader joes.
just keep in mind to read the labels. just because it comes from a health-food store doesnt mean its healthy. jsut because its organic doesnt mean its better for you. organic foods are still fatty and salty and sugary
