Weight lifting uses to be a religion for me but I took a six month break and am just about to start back up. I have no idea how strong (or weak) i am now. But I used to be fairly strong.

I used to be able to do thirty slap hand push ups (forget the technical name) and I wiegh 250 so that was an accomplishment. Now I can to five. Muscles are fickle things.
