Parts of site failed to load... If you are using an ad blocker addon, you should to disable it (it blocks more than ads and causes parts of the site to not work).
it may sound a little strange, but i LOVE water fitness. i spend most of my time working out water-aerobics style at the olymipc swim center. After i take a class for 45 minutes, i swim a few laps, and use water-weights. working out in a pool is so much more entertaining than at a gym.
water fitness is crazy...if someone says they're in good shape tell them to do some water fitness. It's amazing how much of a workout it is.
yeah you would think the only people that do water-fitness are old people because the water supports thier joints. quite the contrary. water provides comfortable resistance and shock absorption throught the entire body. as yor muscles work the resistance, you joints are supported. what is really fun is the treadmill in the pool, but you have to sign up for that. what i also like is wearing weights around my ankles, its such a burn.
